Astro Girl is a misleading name
As everyone knows, the 1963 dub gave a very misleading name for Uran.
The reason which said name is misleading and obsolete is:
a) Uran doesn't have all the powers and abilities of her brother, nor she is developped for space research which would make that name make sense.
b) Physically Uran have different traits from Atom which proves that she is not just a female version of himself. By paying attention you'll notice that her eyes and nose are more delicate than Atom.
c) Uran doesn't have a secret identity and her personality is not even similar to her brother.
In most recent versions she doesn't even like to be compared with her brother
